WHY YOU SHOULD PRAY (PART 1)

Life may have challenged you and all you thought you know or do not know about God. Your experiences might have made you conclude that God does not exist and if he does exist, he doesn’t love you.

Remember Bible says Jesus also learnt obedience through the things he passed through and at some point, he ask why God has forsaken him. So you are not alone.

Let me just give you a few reasons why you should pray;

  1. The ear of the Lord is always attentive to the righteous. So the question is; are you righteous? 
  2. Being righteous is a gift from God because you believed in Jesus and not by the magnitude of your commitment to doing good. So an accidental act of indiscretion will not make God hate you. Whatever it is, just return to him.
  3. You only receive because you ask and you shouldn’t stop asking until your receive.
  4. It is a sign of humility to pray to God. Remember God resist the proud but gives grace to the humble.
  5. God created and owns all things so all you could ever need is at his disposal.

Pick up your Bible all over again.
