DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN OUTGROW THE NEED FOR JESUS?

Cornelius was rich, so was the rich young ruler, the centurion was a man of influence, Zaccheous can be considered as a rich person, Joseph of Arimathea and the lady of the alabaster box are both folks with means. These folk among others were believers and followers of Christ. This means attainment of financial sufficiency either by work or inheritance, career heights or living in a better-organised society doesn’t in any way suggest you don’t need Jesus.

Good health outweighs great health care system however we must applaud those that made good health care possible. The only problem is when we trust the system more than the one who made the men that built the system. Idolatry cannot be better defined with that in context.

We must ask ourselves why men still go into depression, why we make laws that have loopholes, why we engage in habits that bring toxicity into our society, and why we remain unhappy and insensitive after all that we have accomplished? Bible says every good and perfect gift comes from God. This suggests that a gift can be perfect and if it’s not perfect it has lost the God effect. Don’t be satisfy with what you have experienced, seek more if it is available and in this case, the possibilities in God are limitless.

You can’t experience a God that you have not given a chance. God, through Jesus, is extremely eager to come to you if you will open the door of your heart to him yet again. He didn’t leave you initially, you are the one that drifted away because of your passion.

Jesus said, Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and open the door, I will come into him and will sup with him, and he with me. (Revelation 3:20)

Let Jesus fill that emptiness in you.

Jesus loves you. DON’T DOUBT IT.
