You breathe these particles into your mouth from the mouthpiece, where they go down your throat and into your lungs.

c. Regulate it: Make it clear that vaping is not allowed and that there will be consequences for vaping.
d. Provide alternative coping mechanisms: Help young people develop healthy coping mechanisms, such as exercise, mindfulness, or creative activities.
